NCRI - The state-run Resalat Newspaper on April 4th in an article stressed on the inconclusive electoral promises addressed by the Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani after 4 years of power. The newspaper writes with sarcasm:"Rouhani always gripped a big key in his hand during presidential campaigns as well as political meetings. He used to say that this key will open the locks and will resolve the problems in the country.
